1. About Us
BigM Snowboards is an owner-operated shop in Calgary, AB, run by Morgan Corbiere (25+ years experience). We buy, sell, and trade used snowboard gear. Every board is professionally tuned and inspected.
2. Products & Condition
- Used Gear: Everything is pre-owned unless stated otherwise. Expect normal wear (scratches, scuffs).
- As-Is: We describe items accurately, but minor variations exist. Each item is unique.
- Inspection: We inspect and tune every board, but please ask questions before buying.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in CAD and subject to tax. Payment is due at purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
4. Trade-Ins & Selling
We buy and trade gear based on condition, demand, and market value. Offers are valid for a limited time. All items we acquire are inspected and tuned before resale.
5. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
All sales are generally final. Because we sell used goods, we cannot offer standard returns.
Limited Satisfaction Guarantee: Within 30 days, a snowboard can be returned for in-store credit minus a $60 restocking fee. This guarantee helps ensure you're riding the right board.
6. Local Pickup
Pickup available at our Edmonton Trail shop. Please inspect your gear at pickup. Once it leaves the shop, the sale is final.
7. Liability & Safety
We are not liable for injuries or damages from using our gear. Snowboarding has inherent risks.
Ride Safely: Always inspect your equipment before use and ride within your limits. You assume full responsibility for your safety.
8. Website & IP
Content on this site is our property. Use it lawfully and don't copy it without permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
